Kodenshi Korea Corp.(CEO; Hirokazu Nakajima) acquired ISO/TS 16949, a quality management system standard based on ISO.

KKC acquired ISO/TS 16949 authorization on Dec. 2007.

ISO/TS 16949, a quality management system has been developed by ISO/TC 176 and IATF(The International Automotive Task Force). It is an ISO technical specification which aligns existing US-AIAG, Germany-VDA, France-FIEV and Italy-ANFIA automotive quality system standards within the global automotive industry. It specifies the quality system requirements for the design/development, production, installation and servicing of all automotive-related products. It is also good for time and cost savings. To achieve this goal many vehicle manufacturers insist that suppliers adhere to strict technical specifications laid out in a quality management standard for suppliers to the automotive sector.

KKC provides various items for automotive applications such as auto light sensor, sun sensor, crank angle sensor, steering sensor and most to customers which are mostly big car makers. As acquired ISO/TS 16946 authorization, KKC will meet world class levels of product quality, productivity and competitiveness as well as continual improvement in the fields of automotive industry.
